Welcome to Dos Hermanas Compound. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://doshermanascompound.com and your stay at any of our casitas. By booking a stay or using our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, house rules, and policies.

1. Bookings and Payments
Guests must be 18+ to book. A valid ID and matching credit card are required.

A security deposit ($300–$1,000) is required per stay. This will be held on your credit card and released 3–5 business days after check-out, pending inspection.

Payment in full or in part may be required at booking depending on the platform or method.

2. Check-In / Check-Out
Standard check-in: 4:00 PM | Standard check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and approval.

Fee: $25/hour

Late check-out limit: 12:00 PM

Unauthorized late check-out past 10:00 AM will incur a $50 fee.

3. House Rules
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the peace and privacy of our community.

No Parties: Any disturbances or unapproved gatherings will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund and may involve law enforcement.

No Smoking: Smoking/vaping is prohibited indoors, outdoors, patios, and surrounding areas. A $250 fee will apply for any violation.

Pet Policy:

Dogs only, allowed only in Casitas 4, 5, 6, 8, E, F, and H

Must be pre-approved and declared

Max: 2 dogs per casita

Fee: $50 per dog per night (non-refundable)

Dogs must be leashed, cleaned up after, and not disturb others

Undisclosed pets or non-dog pets will incur double fees

Device Tampering: Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart locks, or any devices will result in immediate termination of your stay and a $250 fine.

Furnace Use: Gas furnaces are not to be used between May 15 and September 15. Alternative cooling methods are provided.

Mail/Packages: Please do not send mail or packages to the casita. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.

Trash & Recycling: Bins are located by the entry sign on the northwest side. Please dispose of waste properly.

Unauthorized Guests: A charge of $50 per night applies for each undisclosed guest.

Third-Party Bookings: Not allowed. The person who books must be the person staying.

Professional Shoots: Commercial photography or video shoots are not permitted without prior written approval.

Excessive Cleaning: If cleaning takes longer than 2 hours due to mess or damage, an $80 fee will apply.

Laundry Service: Available for $40 per load (wash, dry, fold). We are not responsible for damaged or misplaced items.

4. Security and Monitoring
Cameras: Ring security cameras are installed at the front entrance areas and operate 24/7 for safety. They do not face any casitas or private spaces.

Tampering with or disabling cameras will result in termination of stay without refund.

5. Rental Agreement
All guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement after booking. This agreement outlines expectations, liability, and consent to house rules.

6. Liability
By booking a stay, you agree to release and hold harmless Dos Hermanas Compound and its owners from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses related to injury, loss, theft, or damage that occurs during your stay—inside the casitas, common areas, or property grounds.

7. Privacy and Data
We value your privacy. Information collected during booking is used for communication, billing, and guest safety. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our website or property indicates acceptance of any changes.
